Foolscap & Quill was established in 1988 to publish paperback books. It expanded into e-books in the 1990s before they were well-known, delivering them at first by e-mail and later by locked webpages. In 2011, Foolscap & Quill formed relationships with Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Google and Kobo to deliver e-books in their various formats. Today Foolscap & Quill publishes both fiction and non-fiction in paperback and e-book formats.
